Brief:
To find a ­solution, to get more customers to ­connect their smartphone to the appliance.
Problem:
Only 20% of the customers ­connect their smartphone to the appliance.
During our research we found out, that the sales reps & customers were not well informed about the benefits of the products and that the marketing wasn‘t ­focussed on the connected f­eatures.
Solution:
A sales assistant with user ­stories, that helps to learn and remember the benefits of each individual product and additional functions for the existing app, to make the usage easier and more understandable.
