Brief:
To find a solution, to get more customers to connect their smartphone to the appliance.
Problem:
Only 20% of the customers connect their smartphone to the appliance.
During our research we found out, that the sales reps & customers were not well informed about the benefits of the products and that the marketing wasn‘t focussed on the connected features.
Solution:
A sales assistant with user stories, that helps to learn and remember the benefits of each individual product and additional functions for the existing app, to make the usage easier and more understandable.
